Refund Policy

At Cashed Out Co. / $CO, every piece is produced with care and released in limited quantities. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the exclusive, limited-release nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to read product descriptions

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Eligible Returns

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged item

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photo proof of the issue

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization.

How to Request a Return

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Requests sent after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Limited edition / exclusive drops

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of wear, odor, washing, or damage not caused by us

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for processing

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, your item must be returned and refunded, and a new order placed.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
